so i was just sitting here, painting my nails sparkley pink when i looked out on the porch and saw a huge snake. then i looked a bit closer and realized there were 2 huge snakes. EEEEEKKK!!! so i freaked out and called maintenance and they came snd got rid of them. i didnt want to hurt them but i didnt want to welcome them either!! just not what i was expecting to see on a monday afternoon. msybe they just wanted some sun. or to eat some birds....

ReplyDeletelooks like a nomadic family. newlyweds? did you ask them if they would contribute to the rent before you evicted them? or perhaps they just wanted to dig around a bit in the sand box?
ReplyDeleteI really don't mind the occasional snake...perhaps they were looking to eat some mice for you, itinerant rat killers, that kind of thing...I would have gone outside and taken a good look at them and if they looked reasonably harmless, I probably would have petted them and let them show themselves out. Maybe this is a sign you need a pet...like a cat or an iguana or something.
